The project is located in Ganei Tikva.
Three residential 19-story buildings, 64 residential units each. Each building has a two-level underground parking and 2 swimming pools on each roof.
The project was constructed using the precast method. A total of 192 residential units with a total area of 46,652 sq.m. were built.
