The prestigious “Ahuzat Tzahala” old-age home contains 204 flats divided throughout the four housing levels. The public level contains the dining hall, swimming pool, spa and administration offices. Dayna-Cebus changed the design to include pre-cast construction,thereby reducing construction time by six months!
